No.77

The #77 refers to the yeast. A hybrid of the legendary #7.  This new generational sake starts off aromatic and floral and develops along with food due to robust lactic acid from its yamahai pedigree.

RINGO

Pleasant and unique.  With the namesake Ringo, be sure to experience hints of Apple (Malic Acid).  If you are a fan of Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs, this is a great sake for you.

NANA

This Yamahai sake pairs with even the most rustic dishes.  Yamahai in pedigree, rice polished to Ginjo grade, and small batch fermentation, there are few sakes so playful. Addition to being served chilled, we proudly enjoy it warmed between  90ºF to 110ºF.

NIGORI

This usu-nigori is the cloudy, more viscous version of #77.  Having more bite and chew on the palate, it is a smooth choice to pair with fried and oilier foods.  Accompanies spicier dishes well.
